Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reputable courier services to deliver your orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
The shipping method and delivery speed depend on the service you select at checkout. The following are estimated delivery timeframes after your order has been processed and shipped:

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the delivery destination, and the shipping service you select.
We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over £50 (before taxes and discounts) shipped within the UK. The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the requirement.
For orders under £50, a standard shipping fee will be applied.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at blissfabricslondon@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you need to report a problem.
