Refund policy

Returns Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used, washed, or damaged towels (damage caused after delivery).

 

Refunds Overview

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of the outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or style, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards. If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at blissfabricslondon@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and will promptly send a replacement or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.
